Who We Are
LSO Associates is an experienced enabling works contractor supporting commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. Furthermore, our team brings practical experience across a wide range of commercial environments, from occupied offices through to large scale, multi floor refurbishment schemes.
We understand the expectations placed on main contractors and project teams. Therefore, we focus on clear communication, dependable delivery and careful coordination from the earliest stages of a project.
In addition, our experience across strip out, demolition and associated works allows us to identify potential challenges early and provide practical solutions before they affect the programme.
Our Approach
Successful project delivery starts well before works begin on site. For this reason, we aim to become involved during the tender and pre construction stages wherever possible.
Early engagement allows our team to identify risks, review methodology and consider buildability from the outset. As a result, potential issues can be addressed before they create unnecessary delays on site.
Once works begin, we maintain regular communication with the wider project team. Furthermore, our programme led approach helps ensure each stage is completed safely, efficiently and in line with the requirements of the main contractor.
Safety & Compliance
Safety is central to everything we do. In addition, our operatives are trained, experienced and committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance on every project.
As an enabling works contractor, we understand the importance of structured planning within complex commercial environments. Therefore, we work with clear method statements, appropriate risk assessments and established site procedures throughout each stage of delivery.
In addition, our team works closely with project managers and other trades to help maintain safe, controlled and well organised working environments.
